CLVS & Trial Presentation Programs Converge in Miami; Special Guests to Present
For the first time ever, the Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) seminar Video in the Legal Environment will be held concurrently with the Trial Presentation Professional Certificate Program from February 26-28, 2010, at the Ritz Carlton, Coconut Grove in Miami, Fla.
The Video in the Legal Environment seminar, a long-running program of NCRA, trains attendees to record depositions with confidence, skill, and in accordance with accepted Rules of Civil Procedure. It is the first required step to earn the Certified Legal Video Specialist certification.
To further expand the training opportunities for legal videographers and others, NCRA has developed the Trial Presentation Program and certificate. As courtrooms adopt new technologies, IT professionals, courtroom personnel, and trial presenters can find a wide range of equipment available in each new situation. This program will help attendees stay on top of their trial presentation game in a quickly changing world.
The Trial Presentation faculty is pleased to announce special guest speakers and trial presentation experts Ted Brooks and Robb Helt.
