In order to add your event to the NCRA Online Events Calendar you will have to login to the calendar as a guest. Click the login button on the top menu of the calendar.

The login screen will now display. Login using the credentials below and then press the login button.
- Screen name: guest
- Password: ncra

Once logged in, to add a new calendar event please click on the "Add Event" button on the calendar's top menu.

The "Adding New Calendar Event Screen" will display with the "Dates and Times" tab displaying initially. As you will see the screen is pretty self explanatory.
- Add in the "Event Title" with a very short title (remember it has to display in the small day window of the calendar.)
- Toggle the Start date to the desired date.
- Toggle the "All day event" box if it's an all day event.
- If it's a multi-day event, toggle the "Every day" button under "Repeating Events."
- If it's a multi-day event, be sure to add in an "End Date."
- Important Note: Do not change the font, style size, or color. We will return it to its default if you do. If it's repeated, we will delete the event in question from the calendar entirely.
Once you have completed entering the dates and times, please click on the "Description and Details" tab at the top of the page.

The "Description and Details" tab will now display.
- Enter the event description in the text box provided. Be as descriptive as you want.
- Place any web page url in the "Web Page Link" field. Note: if you do not place the url here a link will not be automatically generated.
- Place any contact name, phone or email in the fields provided. Note: if you do not place the email in its field a link will not be automatically generated.
- Place the location information in the fields provided.

Once complete, scroll the event description tab page down to display the "save" button. If satisfied, press "Save." Your event will be saved and you will return to the calendar proper.
