Motion to Rescind Board Motion 08-11-13 Fails

A group of NCRA members brought a motion before the membership to rescind a November 2008 action by the NCRA Board beginning an investigation into the feasibility and desirability of testing non-members. As required by the Constitution and Bylaws, this item was debated and voted upon by those NCRA members present and voting at the Business Meeting and requires a 2/3rd vote to carry.

Following debate, 403 ballots were cast. 268 votes were needed to approve the motion to rescind. The vote was 241 for; 162 against. Accordingly, the motion to rescind failed.
