On Thursday August 6 all eligible voting NCRA members will have the ability to vote online on three Bylaws Amendments and one contested election. The online vote will start within two hours of the end of Annual Business Meeting and will be open for 12 hours. The business meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (5:30 a.m. Pacific).
When voting begins an email will be sent to all eligible voting members for whom NCRA has a valid email address with a link to a secure Web site.
At the secure Web site, you will be asked to input your e-mail address and press the submit button.

If you are an active NCRA member the system will verify that the email address you submitted is the one we have on record. If it is, a unique user ID and PIN will be generated and automatically sent to that same e-mail address.

Once you have received the email (should be only a few minutes), you can then return to the secure voting site.

You can then use your unique user ID and PIN to view the online ballot and vote. The online ballot will then display.

As the screen shot above shows, there are a number of features to the online ballot.
First, you can view full descriptions of the proposed bylaws amendments by clicking the “Read a full description” links. A new pop-up window will display with the description. Simply press the "Close Window" button to close the pop-up window.
You may also view each of the candidates’ biographies by clicking on their names. Again a new pop-up window will display with the candidate's biography.
To vote click on the buttons beside "Yes" or No" under the bylaws amendments or by the individual candidates' names under each of the elections.
When you have made your choice, press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the ballot to submit your vote.
Important Note: You will only be able to vote once. If you try to re-login to the election site after you have submitted your vote the system will not allow you to access the ballot for a second time.
