Trial Presentation Technology — Insight for the CLVS - John Kilpatrick, CLVS
In this session, we’ll discuss some of the various trial presentation systems used in court as well as the use of deposition video within these different systems. We will provide a short demonstration of the presentation software capabilities. This will be followed by an in-depth discussion of the opportunities for technically capable videographers to make the logical move into trial technology. We’ll conclude with questions and answers.
Upon completion, the CLVS should have a clear understanding of the use of deposition video in today’s trial presentation software and basic knowledge of the skills necessary to offer trial presentation services to their clients.
