Even though located many miles away, when presented with the challenge to provide CART services for an outdoor funeral service, Denise Phipps, RDR, CRR, CBC, CCP, felt it was possible as long as there was an Internet connection and a way to hear what was being said. In her article, Adventures in CART, she outlines how she accomplished this task and why she believes that with current technology, know-how, and perseverance, CART (or any other form of reporting) can go anywhere.
