Just a quick alert, for those that receive an e-mail from NCRA to begin the voting process, you must open that first window completely -- not in a diminished window, or you'll miss the actual place to fill in your e-mail address. I spent a lot of wasted time trying to fill in my e-mail address, not realizing that there was another place below that did not show up in the diminished window
. Once I enlarged the message window to full size, then I saw the additional place to sign in. After that it was a piece of cake.
