Is it our obligation to report stuttering like "d-d-d-dog" or just the repeating-of-words type of stuttering, ie. "dog -- dog -- dog"?

Brenda, I use The American Heritage Dictionary, Fourth Edition, which I love. It has a copyright date of 2000. Sounds like "well luck" and according to lay witness surgeon goes up underneath the lip and makes an incision, cuts the face away from the skull, and goes back in to the cheek bone and cleans the blood and debris from the sinus. Any thing that sounds close? Thanks, Cindy
