At the 2007 annual business meeting, NCRA members voted to permit voting by all eligible voting members who are not able to attend future NCRA business meetings.
The 2008 annual business meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 24, at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, Calif. If you are unable to attend and would like to vote, make sure that NCRA has an active e-mail address for you in our database by July 15. This will enable you to register and vote online for bylaws amendments and contested elections. New members must join by July 15 to be eligible to vote.
Voting members will be able to sign on to a secure Web site, review the transcript and video feed of the meeting, and vote through a private, secure link for a 12-hour period. Results will be verified by a third party.
You can make sure we have your current e-mail address while on the NCRA Web site. Look for the “View/Edit Member Information” link in the left-hand column. If you do not see the link, you will need to sign in as a member using the “Sign In” link also in the left-hand column.
